Urban Outfitters for Knoxville
I’m the current chairman of the board of a non-profit called the Central Business Improvement District (CBID) which is a special assessment district that has been helping to revitalize downtown Knoxville for the last 17 years. Yesterday, the board unanimously awarded a grant to developers in their quest to land Urban Outfitters as an anchor retail tenant.
